This site gives general information for adults in Kenya. It offers no gambling, no advice and no guarantee that a register snapshot is still current. By reading it you accept the points below.
1. Who the site is for
Online Casino Kenya is written for people aged 18 and over who are in Kenya. If you are under 18, do not use it. If you are elsewhere, the law described here may not be your law.
2. Information, not advice
The pages summarise the Gambling Control Act, 2025, the regulations made under it and the regulator's published list. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for reading the source or consulting an advocate. Where a page and the source differ, the source is right.
3. The register table
The table of licence holders is a copy of part of the Gambling Regulatory Authority's list for the 2025/26 trading period, taken on the date shown in its caption. It can be out of date on any later day. Appearing in the table is not a statement by this site that a company is licensed today, and being absent is not a statement that it is unlicensed. Only the regulator can say either.
4. No gambling services and no endorsement
The site takes no bets, holds no money and operates no games. It does not recommend, rank or promote any operator, and an operator's name appears only as a fact from the regulator's list. Nothing here is an invitation to gamble.
5. Your own decisions
Any decision to gamble, to deposit money or to rely on a licence is yours. Gambling is addictive and casino games carry a house edge, so loss is the expected result of continued play. Help and self-exclusion are described on the responsible gambling page.
6. Accuracy and liability
Care is taken to match every statement to a primary source, as set out in the editorial policy, but the pages are prepared with AI tools and automated checks, and mistakes are possible. The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on it. Errors can be reported through the corrections page.

The Act, the regulations and the regulator's list belong to their publishers and are quoted here for information. The explanatory text and the design of this site may be quoted briefly with a link to the page; wholesale copying is not permitted.

Links in the source lists lead to official websites. This site does not control them and is not responsible for their content or availability.
9. The publisher
The legal entity that publishes the site has not been published yet; the current position is on the contact page. These terms will name it once it is.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be revised; the date at the top shows the latest version. They are to be read in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
