Texts on this site are prepared by the editorial team with AI tools and checked automatically against the Gambling Control Act, its regulations and the regulator's published register.

That sentence is repeated in the footer of every page. The rest of this policy explains what it means in practice.

Sources that count

A legal statement on this site must come from one of these documents, and the page must name the section or regulation:

• the Gambling Control Act, 2025 (No. 14 of 2025);
• the Gambling Control (Licensing) Regulations, 2026;
• the Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026;
• the Gambling Control (Advertising) Regulations, 2026;
• pages of the Gambling Regulatory Authority's own website, including its list of licensed gaming companies.

Other official bodies (Kenya Law, the Kenya Revenue Authority, the Central Bank of Kenya, the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner) may be used for their own subject. Review sites, forums, news reports, encyclopaedias and operators' marketing are not sources here.
