Google Analytics on this site
The publisher uses Google Analytics 4 to see how often each page of the record is opened. On your first visit a notice at the foot of the page asks for a decision.

Advertising storage and ad personalisation are set to denied in the tag whatever you decide. The decision itself is kept in your browser's local storage; change the analytics decision whenever you like. Data that reaches Google is handled under Google's privacy policy.
What a web server normally records
Any web server, and any delivery network placed in front of it, can keep technical logs of requests: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. Such logs are used to keep a site running and to stop abuse. This site does not use them to build profiles of visitors and does not combine them with other data.
If you write to the site
The contact channel is listed on the contact page. If you send a message, it will contain whatever you choose to put in it, including your address for a reply. Do not send identity documents, account passwords or mobile money PINs. Nothing on this site ever asks for them.
Links to other sites
Source links lead to official websites such as gra.go.ke. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this site does not control. There are no links to gambling operators.
Your rights
Personal data in Kenya is governed by the Data Protection Act, and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner is the public body responsible for it. Since this site does not ask visitors for personal data, there is normally nothing held about you to access or correct. If you have written to the site and want that message deleted, say so through the same channel.
The publisher's legal entity has not been published yet. When it is, this page will name the data controller.
Casino accounts are a different matter
A licensed casino collects a great deal of personal data, because the law requires identity and age checks. Regulation 96 of the Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026 says that data must be processed in line with the Data Protection Act and not used for marketing without the participant's prior consent. Questions about that data go to the operator, not to this site.
Changes
Analytics was added on 2026-10-04 and this page was rewritten in the same release. If the site ever adds forms or anything else that changes the answers above, this page will be updated first and the date at the top will move. This site is for adults, 18+; gambling is addictive, and help is on the responsible gambling page.
